Métadonnée "objet" : Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de travaux relatifs à la mise en place d’un système de comptage et de mesurage des consommations énergétiques et fluides sur l’ensemble des bâtiments composant le campus de La Rochelle Université.Ces prestations comprennent notamment :la fourniture, la pose et le raccordement des équipements de comptage (électricité, eau, gaz, énergies) ;l’adaptation ou la création des réseaux nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des dispositifs (câblage, supports de communication, interfaces) ;le remplacement des automates existants, ainsi que, le cas échéant, leur adaptation ou leur mise en compatibilité avec le nouveau système de comptage et de supervision ;les opérations de paramétrage, de mise en service et de vérification du bon fonctionnement des installations ;la formation des utilisateurs à l’exploitation des équipements installés ;la fourniture de la documentation technique afférente.L’ensemble des prestations devra permettre un suivi fiable, précis et exploitable des consommations, en vue d’optimiser la gestion énergétique du patrimoine, d’identifier les dérives et de contribuer à la mise en œuvre de la politique de performance énergétique de l’établissement.
